The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which I appreciated. The receptionists were friendly and efficient. I enjoyed a well-designed menu in the restaurant. Our family room was large with ample space for everyone, and the staff were really nice too ensure we felt comfortable.
The minibar cooler in my room was not working. I wish it had been, but it didn't affect my stay significantly.

charmed stay at a quiet hotel
iron board safe room comfortable bed tram stop
the room included a safe, a television, an iron and ironing board. there was also a coffee maker with supplies. the bed proved comfortable and the shower and toilet were clean. i found various tram stops within walking distance. i walked to nearby restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.
I found it odd that the hotel did not provide complimentary bottled water in the room, especially given its rating. Instead, water was available for purchase in the main reception area.

wonderful stay and excellent service
perfect location relaxing bar early breakfast helpful staff
i found the location perfect, especially with its proximity to museums and the concert hall. breakfast was fabulous, starting early at 7am, which suited my schedule well. the bar was relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. the staff was helpful and kind (they even sorted out my ipad issue!).
The hotel didn't provide bottled water in the room. I found that odd for such a highly-rated place.

A balanced stay with some hiccups
spacious room upscale area minimal storage parking facilities
I appreciated the CLEAN , spacious rooms. The location worked well. It was in a charming, upscale area. Public transport was easy to reach. Traditional Oliebollen were a GREAT new year treat.
The wardrobe had minimal storage , I noticed. There was no shelving or drawers. I think the shower pressure could have been better , actually. Parking facilities could DEFINITELY use an upgrade.

amazing stay, clean rooms and great location!
modern design clean room convenient location
this hotel exceeded my expectations! i had a wonderful experience. my room was super clean it offered lovely views and showcased a modern design i also found the location convenient it was just a short walk to various museums.
i encountered a minor inconvenience it involved the bathroom door it did not close properly this caused some privacy issues i hope the hotel will address this in the future.

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! There was great variety, including warm croissants HOT out of the oven. The team members provided top notch service. The hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood and is near a tram stop and local shops.
